The STX Ignitors are in my opinion THE BEST lacrosse glove that is on the market now. They combine the necessary element of protection with the luxury of extreme mobility and breathability. I'll look at a few things in particular.

Palm Design

The Ignitor palms are unique in that they use no leather on them, except for the one spot below your fingers where the shaft rests when it is in your hand. This gives them excellent breathability and outstanding grip on the shaft.

Backhand Design

The backhand design of these gloves is second to none. They are the only glove that has three finger joints, as opposed to the usual 2 and even 1 solid finger. Bending your fingers is effortless, even right out of the bag. Very little break in is needed, and these things are the most flexible glove you can buy.

Protection

In addition to being flexible and providing superb grip on the shaft, these gloves are incredibly protective. They are very wide, so they protect your whole hand. They are fully padded, there are no spots that are uncovered, making them protective as well.

In conclusion, the STX Ignitors are in my opinion the best lacrosse glove you can currently buy. If you are in the market for a new pair, I would highly recommend these.
