Necessary Equipment

Sticks for everyone, a ball, gloves are optional but recommended.

Practices On

Over the shoulder catching, passing on the run with your non-dominant hand.

The drill starts with the participants facing each other. The person without the ball jogs away from the person with the ball. The person with the ball throws it to the player who is running away, who catches it over his shoulder without stopping in his dominant hand. After the person who started with the ball throws the ball, he turns and jogs away. The player who catches the ball away to his non-dominant hand, and throws it to the person who started with the ball. You will keep moving apart, which will work on variable distance throwing. When you think your too far, come back together and reset.
