I finished adding all of the schedules and some of the rosters under the Major League Lacrosse section. Each team now has its own team page. Expect alot more to happen as the season approaches.

Some very big changes are happening in the Major League Lacrosse section. We are developing all the pages now so that they will be ready for the season, and they look VERY good.

Theres now a tip of the day thingie on this page that displays a random tip every day. We took the tips out of our Tips for Defense 2 and Tips for Attack 2 articles.

Some changes on the College Lacrosse page. The lack of updates is because im working out the stuff for the upcoming MLL season so that were ready to go when they start. Also some changes to the Mailing List.

The Goalies Corner now has a new section, the Goalie Instructional Video Clips. We filmed all those complicated moves that were too hard to explain in an article and put them here. The first clips should be up soon.

The look if this page has been signifigantly changed, we now present information in a horizontal/vertical manor instead of just a vertical manor. Its not done and some more things around the site are going to be changing in the next few days. Oh yeah, sorry no updates over the weekend I was away.

Weve officially changed over from a frames site to a non-frames site, since we were getting a lot of hits from non-frame capable browsers. There might be some problems but they should all be worked out soon.

I added the welcome bar to the top of the page, and also changed some more font graphic things. There are also updates on the NLL and MLL pages.

In an effort to make this site better looking, I have changed some of the font colors, types, etc. Expect some for graphic changes in the next few days. Also, if you haven't already, enter the dying contest!
